"Telekinetic Coffee Shop Surprise"

When I last looked at this on YouTube, it had had over 40 million hits (in under three weeks). There's a reason for that: it's an impressively cool little film clip.

It was put together by Thinkmodo, a NYC advertising agency founded in 2011 by writer-filmmakers, James Percelay and Michael Krivicka, in order to promote the remake of the film Carrie. (A reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White, a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother, who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom—the breakthrough novel of Stephen King
.)
What if telekinesis was real? How would you react? Our hidden camera experiment captures the reactions of unsuspecting customers at a New York City coffee shop as they witness a telekinetic event.
