Tim Burton - Short Stories

Tim Burton spent most of his childhood as a recluse, drawing cartoons and watching old movies. His first job was as an animator for Disney. You probably know that he worked on films such as The Fox and the Hound (1981), The Black Cauldron (1985), Vincent (1982), Frankenweenie (1984), Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985), Beetlejuice (1988), Batman (1989), Edward Scissorhands (1990), Batman Returns (1992), The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993), Ed Wood (1994), Mars Attacks! (1996), Sleepy Hollow (1999), Planet of the Apes (2001), Big Fish (2003), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), etc.

You might not know that he wrote a collection of short stories, which were published in a book called The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy, and Other Stories. Some of the short stories from that book have been turned into short films. Here are three of them.
