I don't know why this movie was so fascinating. At first one had to figure out it was one character who was growing up, then I suppose the interest was in seeing when the actor had changed. Perhaps it is the interest we all feel in our own reflection. Somehow the filmmakers involved us in this person's story. And they did so much with so few props!
